SSIconnect Online Training Schedule
Online Training Registration Information:
SSI has teamed up with Webex, a premier online meeting service provider, to offer state-of-the-art online training.
To Register for any of our online classes, simply click on "Register Now!" for the appropriate class, date, and time. You will receive an immediate e-mail confirming your registration and providing detailed instructions on how to participate in the training session. You will also be contacted by an SSI representative to arrange for the payment of the class fee. It's that easy! No more expensive and painful travel and you get trained in the comfort of your own office!
Onsite Training Information:
SSI does also offer private onsite training classes as needed. For assistance, questions about training, or to find out about scheduling a private training class at your facility please e-mail training@ssui.com.

SSIconnect Training 101—Introduction To SSIconnect
Class Audience: SSI Customers Only
Class Prerequisite: None
Class Fee: $35.00
Class Length: Approx 90 minutes
Class Synopsis:
- Learn about SSIconnect built-in security and design features.
- Learn how to navigate and use the SSI website.
- Learn how your Freight Vendors use SSIconnect.
- Learn how SSI Customers use SSIconnect.
SSIconnect Training 102—Preformatted Quick Reports
Class Audience: SSI Customers Only
Class Prerequisite: SSIconnect Training 101
Class Fee: $35.00
Class Length: Approx 60 minutes
Class Synopsis:
- Learn what types of reports are available in SSIconnect.
- Learn how to vary the "report range" (.. by date, by batch#, etc).
- Learn how to narrow your selection to just what information you are looking for.
- Learn how to use "wild cards" and other query tools.
- Learn how to use "NOT" when appropriate to exclude data from your reports.
- Learn how preformatted quick reports can be further customized to meet your needs.
SSIconnect Training 103—Customized Reports
Class Audience: SSI Customers Only
Class Prerequisite: SSIconnect Training 101 & 102
Class Fee: $35.00
Class Length: Approx 60 minutes
Class Synopsis:
- Learn how to create your own customized reports using the SSIconnect CUSTOMIZE feature.
- Learn how to use "IROCKU" to quickly design a custom report.
- Learn other advanced concepts (downloading customized reports to desktop applications like Excel or Access, etc).
SSIconnect Training 104-Rules, Exceptions, Ecase
Class Audience: SSI Customers Only
Class Prerequisite: None
Class Fee: Billed at your contracted Tier 2 hourly rate
Class Length: Approx 90 minutes
Class Synopsis:
- Learn how your Automated GL Coding Rules Document works, and how to maintain it.
- Learn how to recognize and address GL coding issues.
- Learn about reporting features that can help you better analyze your SSIconnect online exceptions.
- Learn how to create an SSIconnect Ecase.
