SSI Next-Level Services

The SSI business development team is constantly seeking better ways to serve our customers and their freight carriers. We're developing and offering our customers unique and innovative next-level services like:

• A totally paperless and integrated imaging solution. All images are kept online and instantly available via Web access. No cumbersome CDs to file and search for when needed. Every image is simply a click away for everyone in the organization who needs it.
• Transportation Contract Assistant, or TCA, to help both SSI and our customers keep track of transportation agreements. TCA keeps an electronic record of every transportation agreement, reminds the customer when agreements are about to expire, and ensures that all of those carefully negotiated rates are systematically applied to the appropriate freight bills.
• Ability to electronically monitor SSI/carrier banking transactions and SSI/customer account balances using a Web-based tool. With this tool, the customer can follow the flow of funds, from the initial transfer, to ultimate settlement with each freight carrier.
• A Web-based electronic collaboration tool to ensure rapid attention and quality follow-through to every customer special request.
• A Web-based debit claim tool to help customers collect freight or other disputed claims.
• Unparalleled real-time Web reporting and inquiry tools.
