Use this form to request a new user account for access to SSIconnect.

Access is limited to SSI customers (or authorized contractors) only and each request is individually verified before access is granted.

You will be notified by e-mail when your account is approved.

Step 1 - First, enter the name of your company or the short "customer code" used by SSI to uniquely identify your customer account with SSI.

If you don't know your customer code then try to use a short name that is commonly used to identify your company.
